Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the AIbit Translator API you agree to these terms. The API is delivered via RapidAPI; their Terms of Service also apply.
2. Permitted use
You may use the API for any lawful purpose — commercial or personal. You may not resell raw API access, reverse-engineer the rate-limiting system, or use the service to translate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
3. Rate limits and quotas
Each plan has a monthly request quota and per-second rate limit. Exceeding the rate limit results in HTTP 429 responses. Exceeding the monthly quota on pay-as-you-go plans incurs overage charges as shown on the pricing page.
4. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.
5. Translation quality
Translations are generated by third-party AI engines. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any specific purpose (e.g., legal, medical). Always have critical translations reviewed by a qualified human translator.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the API after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
